Innkeeper Sallie Cwik prepares these wonderful wine dinners, based around both the season and a region. affiliates, she has been auctioned off as a celebrity Chef for three separate
fundraisers. She was co-founder of the Atlanta Restaurant Marketing Association
and is a gifted and innovative cook.
